We are a small business with a sole craftsman – Kelly Bailey – who uses natural materials. Although we strive for perfection with all our products, sometimes defects do make it into our products. Our wassail horns come with a warranty against leaks, cracks, or imperfections within the epoxy coat which would impede their intended purpose for drinking and/or blowing. We can also offer advice for repairs if your horn is accidentally damaged.

If you need any assistance with your horn, please reach out to us with the issue and a picture. We offer the below options for repair:

01. You can send the horn to us to make repairs.

• • In most cases you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, except in cases where we determine the fault is with our craftsmanship.

02. In some cases we can make the repairs and get your horn back to you if you are able to visit us at your local fair to drop it off, and again at a later date to pick it back up.

• • Please note this is not available at all fairs.

03. We can give you advice to do a repair yourself.

• • We are not responsible for the outcome of your self-repair.
