Guarantee & Repair Policy

Horn Guarantee

Our horns come with a guarantee against leaks, cracks, or imperfections within the epoxy coat which would impede their intended purpose for drinking and/or blowing. In most cases we will repair the horn at no cost, though we reserve the right to exchange the horn for a similar horn of equal value.

 

Horn Repair

We offer repair service and repair advice for any horn which is accidentally damaged. In some cases there may be some small costs associated with accidental damage repair, including but not limited to shipping charges.

 

Other Products

For all other products, including affiliate New Riders of the Golden Age merchandise, we will do our best to replace any item which has a defect and is reported to us within 30 days of receipt.

 

Repair and Replacement Options

  1. You can send the product to us.
    • In most cases you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, except in cases where we determine the fault is with our craftsmanship.
  2. If you are able to visit us at your local fair, you can drop the product off with us and pick it back up at a later time.
    • Please note this is not available at all fairs.
  3. For horn repair advice, we can give advice for you to do the repair yourself.
    • We are not responsible for the outcome of your self-repair.
