Can I pick up my order?

If you place your order online and will be attending a fair that we will be vending at in the next 7-10 days, please add a note to your order and reach out using our contact form requesting to pickup. We will confirm back to you via email whether you will be able to pick up your order at your local fair, and after you have picked it up we will refund the shipping cost. Please expect it could take up to 7-10 business days to receive your refund based on your bank.

If you request pickup but we are unable to have the product available for you at your local fair or if you are unable to make it to the fair to pickup your order we will ship your order out during the following week.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

We generally cannot make modifications to your order, however if you have not yet received a tracking number we may be able to update your address if it was entered incorrectly. Please reach out using our contact form.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not yet received a tracking number, we may be able to cancel your order. Please reach out using our contact form. If we confirm back via email that we were able to cancel your order, please expect it could take up to 7-10 business days to receive your refund based on your bank.

 

Why is there a convenience fee?

The online store convenience fee covers some of the extra costs incurred by selling online. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Where is my order?

If we have provided you with a tracking number, please check with the shipping company.

If we have not yet provided you with a tracking number and it has been less than 7 days since you placed your order, we ask to please give us some time to finish processing and getting your order shipped out. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have it.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number should have been sent to the email you provided when you placed your order. Please note, it make take us up to 7 business days to ship your order and provide you with the tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number, please reach out using our contact form for assistance.

 

What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected?

If preparing your order for shipment is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible. If it has been more than 7 days since you placed your order and you have not heard from us, please reach out using our contact form for a status update.

We are not responsible if your order is delayed during shipping, and will refer all inquiry to the carrier with which your order was shipped.

 

What should I do if my order is defective or damaged?

What is your return, refund, or exchange policy?

All sales are final; at this time we do not accept returns. However we do guarantee our horns for life against leaks, cracks, or imperfections with the epoxy that would impede its intended purpose. Please review our Guarantee & Repair Policy.

 

How long will it take to get a response to my email/form I sent?

Please give us a few days to review your request and get back to you via email. In most cases this should not take more than 3 business days. However please note we frequently are working at renaissance fairs on weekend days and occasionally adjacent days (ex. Festival Fridays). We may occasionally take some additional time to respond if we a researching an answer for you. We appreciate your patience.
