Shipping Policy

What are my shipping options?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: up to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: up to 5 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: up to 2 business days

Not all shipping options available for every order. Shipping speed begins after processing time, which may take up to 7 business days unless otherwise stated. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

For products that are in stock and available, it may take up to 7-10 days for your order to be packaged and brought to the shipping company.

For any products that are custom, made-to-order, or on backstock, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for your order to be packaged and brought to the shipping company.

 

Do you deliver internationally? 

At this time we do not allow international orders.

 

Are there shipping restrictions?

Not all of our products can be shipped to a P.O. box, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be safely shipped.

Most of our products can be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However if an order exceeds size, weight, or other restrictions we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be safely shipped.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If preparing your order for shipment is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible.

We are not responsible if your order is delayed during shipping, and will refer all inquiry to the carrier with which your order was shipped.

 

What happens if my order is damaged?

We are not responsible if your order is damaged during shipping, and will refer all claims to the carrier with which your order was shipped. We may be able to assist with repairs, please review our Guarantee & Repair Policy for options.

 

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final; at this time we do not accept returns. However we do guarantee our horns for life against leaks, cracks, or imperfections with the epoxy that would impede its intended purpose. Please review our Guarantee & Repair Policy.
